Jablka oloupeme, vykroj\u00edme j\u00e1d\u0159ince a nakr\u00e1j\u00edme na mal\u00e9 kosti\u010dky. Vlo\u017e\u00edme do nerezov\u00e9ho kastrolu, prom\u00edch\u00e1me s citronovou \u0161\u0165\u00e1vou, p\u0159id\u00e1me oba cukry a ko\u0159en\u00ed, podlijeme trochou vody, asi 150-200 ml. Va\u0159\u00edme (dus\u00edme) pod poklic\u00ed na m\u00edrn\u00e9m ohni dom\u011bkka, trv\u00e1 to p\u00e1r minut, abychom jablka nerozva\u0159ili, maj\u00ed z\u016fstat pevn\u00e1. Mezit\u00edm si namo\u010d\u00edme \u017eelatinu ve 4 l\u017e\u00edc\u00edch vody a nech\u00e1me 10 minut nabobtnat.<\/p>\n<p>2. M\u011bkk\u00e1 jablka vybereme s\u00edtkem, odstran\u00edme ko\u0159en\u00ed, \u0161\u0165\u00e1vu sced\u00edme a uchov\u00e1me. Do \u0161\u0165\u00e1vy p\u0159ilijeme pivo, med, rozm\u00edch\u00e1me, nech\u00e1me p\u0159ej\u00edt varem a st\u00e1hneme z ohn\u011b. Do \u017eelatiny p\u0159ilijeme trochu n\u00e1levu a m\u00edch\u00e1me a zah\u0159\u00edv\u00e1me a\u017e do \u00fapln\u00e9ho rozpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, asi na 80 stup\u0148\u016f, ale ji\u017e neva\u0159\u00edme. Jakmile se \u017eelatina rozpust\u00ed, vm\u00edch\u00e1me ji do pivn\u00edho n\u00e1levu a rozm\u00edch\u00e1me.<\/p>\n<p>3. Rozinky propl\u00e1chneme, spa\u0159\u00edme v cedn\u00edku vrouc\u00ed vodou a nech\u00e1me okapat. Do sklen\u011bn\u00fdch poh\u00e1r\u016f rozd\u011bl\u00edme st\u0159\u00eddav\u011b nakr\u00e1jen\u00e1 pova\u0159en\u00e1 jablka a rozinky a postupn\u011b zal\u00e9v\u00e1me tepl\u00fdm pivn\u00edm \u017eel\u00e9. Dozdob\u00edme sn\u00edtkou medu\u0148ky a nech\u00e1me ztuhnout v chladni\u010dce.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tip<\/strong><br \/>\nPou\u017eijete-li pl\u00e1tkovou \u017eelatinu (4 pl\u00e1tky nahrad\u00ed asi 10 g pr\u00e1\u0161kov\u00e9 \u017eelatiny), rozm\u00edchejte vyma\u010dkanou nabobtnalou \u017eelatinu p\u0159edem namo\u010denou ve studen\u00e9 vod\u011b do tepl\u00e9ho n\u00e1levu a ji\u017e neva\u0159te. Podle chuti a kyselosti jablek m\u016f\u017eete ubrat nebo p\u0159idat d\u00e1vku cukru.
