Letos jsem pou\u017eil pro v\u00fdpo\u010det chmelen\u00ed korekci podle Tinsetha a na kone\u010dn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edjemn\u011b dozn\u00edvajic\u00ed ho\u0159kosti to bylo zn\u00e1t. Do posledn\u00edho chmelen\u00ed ( d\u00e9lka varu 10\u00b4min) p\u0159id\u00e1me pro 30l piva 5ks bady\u00e1nu, 3ks h\u0159eb\u00ed\u010dku, 1ks sko\u0159ice, 8g koriandru a 8g su\u0161en\u00e9 k\u016fry pomeran\u010de, letos jsem p\u0159idal 150g medu. Zakvas\u00edme spodn\u00edmi kvasnicemi, sto\u010dil jsem dle lo\u0148sk\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti po dvan\u00e1cti dnech kva\u0161en\u00ed v teplot\u011b 8-6\u00b0C ji\u017e p\u0159i 4,5 \u00b0P (loni 3.8\u00b0P)\u00a0. Nech\u00e1me le\u017eet 6-8 t\u00fddn\u016f. Nalahvujeme\u00a0 a i letos m\u016f\u017eeme\u00a0 pot\u011b\u0161it sv\u00e9 bl\u00edzk\u00e9 i vzd\u00e1len\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">P.S.:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dnes jsem otev\u0159el zbylou lahvi\u010dku <strong>lo\u0148sk\u00e9ho<\/strong> v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00edho speci\u00e1lu viz\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tourdebier.cz\/francek\/mlcoun-francek-vanocni-special\/\">https:\/\/www.tourdebier.cz\/francek\/mlcoun-francek-vanocni-special\/<\/a>\u00a0a byl jsem mile p\u0159ekvapen, jak se jeho profil zm\u011bnil. A to k lep\u0161\u00edmu!!! Pivo se vy\u010distilo, jako kdyby pro\u0161lo n\u011bkolikan\u00e1sobnou filtrac\u00ed. P\u011bna zjemnila i\u00a0chu\u0165\u00a0 zjemnila, \u0159\u00edz se zv\u011bt\u0161il, \u010demu\u017e odpov\u00edd\u00e1 i kone\u010dn\u00e1 stup\u0148ovitost p\u0159i vypiti (1.8\u00b0P, p\u0159i procentu zd\u00e1nliv\u00e9ho prokva\u0161en\u00ed 79,3% a alkoholu 6.9% obj.).
