Do takto p\u0159ipraven\u00e9 skleni\u010dky jsem p\u0159esypal 11,5g kvasnic ze s\u00e1\u010dku.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e1le jsem analogicky postupoval, jako p\u0159i mno\u017een\u00ed kvasinek ulo\u017een\u00fdch ve fyziologick\u00e9m roztoku. M\u00edsto roztoku se sp\u00edc\u00edmi kvasinkami jsem nav\u00e1\u017eil 1g su\u0161en\u00fdch kvasinek a postupoval jsem podle doporu\u010den\u00ed v\u00fdrobce, tzn. toto mno\u017estv\u00ed 1g jsem rehydratoval v\u00a0desetin\u00e1sobn\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed tj. 10ml steriln\u00ed sladiny o teplot\u011b cca 21\u00b0C (v\u00fdrobce Fermentis doporu\u010duje 23\u00b0C +- 3\u00b0C, Lallemand zase pro svrchn\u00ed 30-35\u00b0C) po dobu asi 30 minut a d\u00e1le 30 minut pozvolana m\u00edchal. Dolil jsem sladinu na mno\u017estv\u00ed 50ml a dokonale prot\u0159epal pro zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed kysl\u00edku v\u00a0roztoku. Po 24hodin\u00e1ch se objevily zn\u00e1mky kva\u0161en\u00ed v\u00a0podob\u011b bublinek CO2 a jemn\u00e9ho sv\u011btl\u00e9ho povlaku na dn\u011b skleni\u010dky. N\u00e1sledn\u011b jsem vykva\u0161enou sladinu slil a kvasinky na dn\u011b prom\u00edchal se zbytkem a p\u0159ilil cca \u00a0150ml sladiny.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"ngg-singlepic ngg-center aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tourdebier.cz\/francek\/wp-content\/gallery\/1-gram\/sam_1263.jpg\" alt=\"sam_1263\" width=\"450\" height=\"600\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Stejn\u011b jsem postupoval za n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch 24 hodin\u00a0 p\u0159elit\u00edm do 800ml sladiny.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"ngg-singlepic ngg-center aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tourdebier.cz\/francek\/wp-content\/gallery\/1-gram\/sam_1271.jpg\" alt=\"sam_1271\" width=\"450\" height=\"600\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"ngg-singlepic ngg-none aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tourdebier.cz\/francek\/wp-content\/gallery\/1-gram\/sam_1267.jpg\" alt=\"sam_1267\" width=\"450\" height=\"600\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Za dal\u0161\u00edch 24 \u2013 48 hodin se namno\u017eilo cca 50-60ml kvasnic, kter\u00e9 jsem pou\u017eil na zakva\u0161en\u00ed v\u00e1rky 30l mladiny. Podle pr\u016fb\u011bhu kva\u0161en\u00ed a v\u00fdsledn\u00e9ho profilu piva se d\u00e1 \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee propagace su\u0161en\u00fdch kvasinek \u00a0t\u00edmto zp\u016fsobem nebude probl\u00e9m. Toto mno\u017estv\u00ed se poda\u0159ilo namno\u017eit bez magnetick\u00e9ho m\u00edch\u00e1n\u00ed, pouh\u00fdm provzdu\u0161\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00edm nepravideln\u00fdm prot\u0159ep\u00e1n\u00edm p\u0159i pokojov\u00e9 teplot\u011b cca 22\u00b0C.
