Zapr\u00e1\u0161eno bylo za 48hodin. Teplotu jsem zvednul na 10\u00b0C na 24 hodin a pot\u00e9 udr\u017eoval po celou dobu kva\u0161en\u00ed na 7\u00b0C. Celkov\u00e1 doba na spilce 13 dn\u00ed a sto\u010deno p\u0159i 3,8\u00b0P.<\/p>\n<p>Le\u017een\u00ed prob\u00edhalo p\u0159i teplot\u011b 3\u00b0C. Po 15ti dnech byl tlak v 30l KEG sudu 1,2 baru. Proto\u017ee jsem cht\u011bl nasycen\u00ed CO2 na hodnot\u011b 5g CO2\/ litr, \u010demu\u017e odpov\u00edd\u00e1 tlak 0,7bar\/3\u00b0C, na tento tlak jsem dal\u0161\u00edch 10dn\u00ed m\u00edrn\u011b odpou\u0161t\u011bl, pot\u00e9 sn\u00ed\u017eil teplotu na 0,5\u00b0C a p\u0159eto\u010dil pod CO2 do x 15l KEG soudku a druhou polovinu do lahv\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1rove\u0148 jsem provedl prvn\u00ed degustaci. V\u00fdsledek: Jemn\u011b k\u00e1vov\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edchut\u00b4, \u0159\u00edz\u00a0 O.K., barva gran\u00e1tov\u011b \u010derven\u00e1, p\u011bna hust\u00e1 a pevn\u00e1<\/p>\n<p>KEG 15l\u00a0d\u00e1n do teploty 7\u00b0c v keger\u00e1toru, aby byl ji\u017e p\u0159ipraven k \u010depov\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e9 bude po 45dnech le\u017een\u00ed.
