Je to polo\u017eka, kterou jsem si p\u0159edsevzal, \u017ee ji takt\u00e9\u017e zkus\u00edm s\u00e1m vyrobit. Po p\u0159e\u010dten\u00ed n\u011bkolika \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f, jsem si vytvo\u0159il vlastn\u00ed postup, nebo\u0165 ka\u017ed\u00fd se trochu i trochu v\u00edce li\u0161il. Tento popis se t\u00fdk\u00e1 v\u00fdroby <strong>plze\u0148sk\u00e9ho sladu<\/strong> dom\u00e1c\u00edm humnov\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem.<\/p>\n<h4>Postup.<\/h4>\n<p>1. Mno\u017estv\u00ed sladovnick\u00e9ho je\u010dmene zv\u00e1\u017eit. J\u00e1 jsem nav\u00e1\u017eil 4 kg. P\u0159i kontrole zrno pod\u00e9ln\u011b roz\u0159\u00edzneme. To trv\u00e1 celkem 4-5 dn\u00ed. Teplota hromady vzr\u016fst\u00e1 o cca 2\u00b0C. M\u016f\u017eeme kontrolovat konzistenci \u0161krobu v zrnu rozm\u00e1znut\u00edm na nehtu. Su\u0161\u00edm v su\u0161i\u010dce na ovoce, kam se vejde cca 1 kg. Zbyl\u00e9 3 kg d\u00e1v\u00e1m na 4 plechy do elektrick\u00e9 trouby. Dv\u00ed\u0159ka trouby mus\u00ed b\u00fdt pootev\u0159en\u00e1 pro odvod odpa\u0159en\u00e9 vlhkosti. Teplota mus\u00ed b\u00fdt maxim\u00e1ln\u011b 50\u00b0C, abychom nepo\u0161kodili enzymy. V su\u0161i\u010dce jsem p\u0159i zkou\u0161ce nam\u011b\u0159il a\u017e 70\u00b0C, tak jsem ji upravil tak, \u017ee jsem rozd\u011blil nap\u00e1jen\u00ed pro topn\u00e9 t\u011bleso a pro v\u011btr\u00e1k na dv\u011b samostatn\u00e9 v\u011btve. V\u011btr\u00e1k v su\u0161i\u010dce pou\u0161t\u00edm p\u0159es 12V zdroj st\u00e1le naplno, t\u011bleso reguluji vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed regulac\u00ed na zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00fdch 50\u00b0C. Surov\u00fd slad je nutno zbavit usu\u0161en\u00fdch kl\u00ed\u010dk\u016f, tzv. sladov\u00e9ho kv\u011btu a prachu.
