V\u0161e prom\u00e1ch\u00e1me v hustou ka\u0161i a nech\u00e1me asi 10 minut na tepl\u00e9m<br \/>\nm\u00edst\u011b vzej\u00edt. Na v\u00e1l prosejeme zbytek mouky, vlijeme do n\u00ed kv\u00e1sek a osol\u00edme.<br \/>\nPivo prom\u00edch\u00e1me s olejem a postupn\u011b jej p\u0159ilijeme k t\u011bstu, kter\u00e9 m\u00edch\u00e1me od<br \/>\nst\u0159edu ke kraj\u016fm. Vypracujeme tuh\u00e9 t\u011bsto a nech\u00e1me je cca 15-20 minut nakynout.<br \/>\nZ t\u011bsta p\u0159iprav\u00edme 12-16 mal\u00fdch boch\u00e1nk\u016f, kter\u00e9 uprost\u0159ed m\u00edrn\u011b stla\u010d\u00edme<br \/>\ntupou stranou no\u017ee. Plech pot\u0159eme tukem, polo\u017e\u00edme na n\u011bj dalam\u00e1nky &#8211; d\u00e1le od<br \/>\nsebe a d\u00e1me je kynout (cca 8minut). Troubu p\u0159edeh\u0159ejeme na 180-200 stup\u0148\u016f,<br \/>\ndalam\u00e1nky pot\u0159eme roz\u0161lehan\u00fdm \u017eloutkem a posypeme peka\u0159skou sol\u00ed a km\u00ednem.<br \/>\nVlo\u017e\u00edme do trouby a pe\u010deme 15-20 minut do zlatova. Pivn\u00ed s\u00fdr rozma\u010dk\u00e1me<br \/>\nvidli\u010dkou, p\u0159id\u00e1me mletou papriku, ho\u0159\u010dici a zalijeme pivem. Prom\u00edch\u00e1me a<br \/>\nvytvo\u0159\u00edme 8 nok\u016f, kter\u00e9 posypeme km\u00ednem.
