Na obr. je vid\u011bt, kolik bun\u011bk jsem z desky od\u0159\u00edzl, laicky mo\u017eno\u00a0 \u0159\u00edci, \u00a0nic moc. \u00a0N\u00e1zev kmene je trochu zkomolen, ale bu\u0148k\u00e1m to p\u0159i mno\u017een\u00ed nevadilo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tourdebier.cz\/francek\/wp-content\/gallery\/technologie\/zaciname-z-nekolika-bunek-na-agaru.jpg\" alt=\"zaciname-z-nekolika-bunek-na-agaru\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Nejprve jsem si p\u0159ipravil 1 litr 10\u00b0P steriln\u00ed mladiny, zkusil jsem koncentr\u00e1t VUPS tmav\u00fd, i kdy\u017e n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed auto\u0159i p\u0159ed mladinou z koncentr\u00e1tu varovali. Mladinu jsem si ji\u017e na za\u010d\u00e1tku rozd\u011blil do t\u0159\u00ed n\u00e1dobek, tak, \u00a0jak by m\u011bla propagace postupovat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tourdebier.cz\/francek\/wp-content\/gallery\/technologie\/priprava-stravy-pro-kvasinky.jpg\" alt=\"priprava-stravy-pro-kvasinky\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Po vychlazen\u00ed na pokojovou teplotu cca 20\u00b0C jsem vlo\u017eil malou \u010d\u00e1st agaru s malou koloni\u00ed bun\u011bk do nejmen\u0161\u00ed lahvi\u010dky. Prot\u0159epal z d\u016fvodu okysli\u010den\u00ed\u00a0 a \u010dekal.\u00a0N\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed den se\u00a0nic ned\u011bje co by okem pouh\u00fdm vid\u011bti bylo, proto jsem jen ob\u010das prot\u0159epal a op\u011bt \u010dekal. Druh\u00fd den se mi zd\u00e1, \u017ee by snad bublinka CO2?\u00a0S nad\u011bj\u00ed jsem p\u0159elil mlad\u00e9 pivo s jemnou sedlinou\u00a0 do d\u017eemovky.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tourdebier.cz\/francek\/wp-content\/gallery\/technologie\/vypada-to-ze-se-nic-nedeje.jpg\" alt=\"vypada-to-ze-se-nic-nedeje\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">A tady ji\u017e za 24 hodin bylo vid\u011bt, &#8222;\u017ee se n\u011bco d\u011bje&#8220;. CO2 naho\u0159e, kvasnice dole by\u0165, zat\u00edm je\u0161t\u011b m\u00e1lo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tourdebier.cz\/francek\/wp-content\/gallery\/technologie\/tady-se-jiz-neco-deje.jpg\" alt=\"tady-se-jiz-neco-deje\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Po dal\u0161\u00edch 24 hod. to ji\u017e bylo velice nad\u011bjn\u00e9 a bylo mo\u017eno postoupit v propagaci d\u00e1l&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tourdebier.cz\/francek\/wp-content\/gallery\/technologie\/tesne-pred-prelitim.jpg\" alt=\"tesne-pred-prelitim\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Po \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00e9m slit\u00ed p\u0159ebyte\u010dn\u00e9ho piva jsem ji\u017e kvanice p\u0159elil do Erlmayerovo ba\u0148ky o objemu 1l s mno\u017estv\u00edm mladiny 800ml. Zde ji\u017e nebyl probl\u00e9m se sledov\u00e1n\u00edm \u00a0kvasn\u00e9ho rozmno\u017eovac\u00edho procesu.
