Kone\u010dn\u011b letos jsem si\u00a0 tento term\u00edn \u0159\u00e1dn\u011b zapsal do sv\u00e9 pam\u011bti, abych\u00a0 tento pivovar kone\u010dn\u011b shl\u00e9dl i uvnit\u0159. Kr\u00e1tce p\u0159ed dev\u00e1tou, kdy se utvo\u0159ila prvn\u00ed skupina n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edk\u016f, jsme byli pozv\u00e1ni z\u00e1stupcem pivovaru za br\u00e1nu a j\u00e1 jsem mohl stisknout poprv\u00e9 spou\u0161\u0165 sv\u00e9ho fotoapar\u00e1tu.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tourdebier.cz\/francek\/wp-content\/gallery\/platan\/imag0859.jpg\" alt=\"imag0859\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Na\u0161e prvn\u00ed kroky sm\u011b\u0159ovaly do varny, kter\u00e1 se skute\u010dn\u011b tv\u00e1\u0159ila jako pivn\u00ed chr\u00e1m.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tourdebier.cz\/francek\/wp-content\/gallery\/platan\/imag0870.jpg\" alt=\"imag0870\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Zde jsme byli sezn\u00e1meni, jak s histori\u00ed,<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tourdebier.cz\/francek\/wp-content\/gallery\/platan\/imag0862.jpg\" alt=\"imag0862\" \/><\/p>\n<p>tak s\u00a0 technologi\u00ed sou\u010dasn\u00e9 v\u00fdroby. Bylo zde n\u00e1dhern\u00e9 scezovac\u00ed kor\u00fdtko,<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tourdebier.cz\/francek\/wp-content\/gallery\/platan\/imag0869.jpg\" alt=\"imag0869\" \/><\/p>\n<p>dnes ji\u017e nepou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 i dal\u0161\u00ed detaily z technologie, jako toto trojcestn\u00e9 \u0161oup\u00e1tko.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tourdebier.cz\/francek\/wp-content\/gallery\/platan\/imag0874.jpg\" alt=\"imag0874\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Jako zaj\u00edmavost jsme se dozv\u011bd\u011bli, \u017ee pro svou produkci pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 Platan nejen otev\u0159en\u00e9 spilky pro klasick\u00e9 kva\u0161en\u00ed,<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tourdebier.cz\/francek\/wp-content\/gallery\/platan\/p1090065.jpg\" alt=\"p1090065\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0ale i CKT tanky, kter\u00e9 zde V\u00fdzkumn\u00fd \u00fastav testoval a ov\u011b\u0159oval jako prvn\u00ed v\u016fbec na na\u0161em \u00fazem\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tourdebier.cz\/francek\/wp-content\/gallery\/platan\/p1090057.jpg\" alt=\"p1090057\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Kter\u00e1 piva jsou z CKT a kter\u00e9 ze spilek je\u00a0 tajemstv\u00ed majitele.\u00a0T\u00edm je nyn\u00ed skupina K-Brewery.
